Operation procedure

1.Before starting the machine, keep the distance between the grinding wheel and the saw blade at least 1 cm. The middle line of the thickness of the saw blade and the center of the grinding wheel should be in a horizontal line.

 

 

2.Turn the serrated front Angle adjustment button to adjust the cutting Angle suitable for the serrated. Turning the adjusting knob clockwise will increase the sawtooth cutting Angle, and vice versa will decrease.

 

3.Turn the grinding speed adjusting button after turning on the power supply, and then turn the tooth distance adjusting button of the dividing plate to adjust the stroke of the push claw to 1 teeth and make the drop point of the push claw tip in the correct position. Adjust the Angle of pushing jaw teeth to push jaw on the indexing plate does not slip. The push claw in the correct range of the indexing plate can make the push claw feed more easily and accurately (especially pay attention to the correct range of the point of the push claw on the indexing plate, otherwise it will damage the machine and grind the knife badly).

 

 

4.Turn the grinding wheel start-stop adjustment button to the maximum speed, then turn the grinding wheel feed handwheel to make the grinding wheel close to the saw blade, then turn the gear adjustment button to align the left side of the grinding wheel with the front Angle of the sawtooth, and then lock the gear bar nut. The grinding wheel feed gently grinds the front Angle of the sawtooth, noting that the front Angle of each sawtooth should be grinded to, and then the feed makes the grinding wheel to the bottom of the tooth, and the grinding wheel to the tip of the tooth when it backs up. If the tooth is not grinding to the tip of the tooth, the tooth is too deep. If the tooth is grinding to the tip of the tooth, the tooth is too shallow. At this time, the tooth depth adjustment button should be turned to adjust the proper tooth depth.

 

5.Some users also need to grind the back Angle of the sawtooth, commonly known as the pressing tooth tip. After grinding the shape and size of the serrated tooth evenly, turn the wheel feed handwheel counterclockwise to make the wheel leave the saw blade at an appropriate distance, and then turn the adjustment button of tooth depth clockwise to reduce the swing amplitude of the wheel by about 1/3 to 1/2, then align the wheel feed knife with the position near the bottom of the tooth groove, pay attention not to touch the tooth body, and gently touch the rear Angle of the tooth tip until the polishing is completed.
