With a 2+1 series Features, the DW38CNC tube bender is equipped with three programmable axes: feeding, electric servo; rotation, electric servo; and tube bending, hydraulic. It also features hydraulic pressure die assist for every bending stack, electric servo-controlled feeding and rotation axis accuracy up to +- 0.1 mm and +- 0.1°, a programmable hydraulic bending precision up to +- 0.2°, an automatic springback compensation, and data input capabilities by XYZ or YBC coordinates.
