Service maintenance
1, do not process more than the nominal capacity of the workpiece.
2. Don't work under high pressure for a long time.
3. The extension length of the rivet head should not exceed the specified value.
4, encounter abnormal immediately stop repair, direct troubleshooting.
5, the guide rail of the equipment should be coated with butter once a month, so that it is lubricated and rust proof.
6. The installation and disassembly of the rivet head should be light, especially when removing the rivet head, do not use brute force to pull out, should rotate the rivet head and pull out slowly downward. If the rivet seat of the inserted rivet head is pulled out of the normal position, the position of the rivet head will be obviously deviated after the installation of the rivet head. At this time, the red safety cover should be removed and the rivet seat can be used after being installed in place, otherwise the machine is easy to be damaged.
7, the use of rivet head in the processing of some materials will appear slight bonding phenomenon, in order to ensure the quality of riveting, should be cleaned regularly on the rivet head, prevent metal bonding thickening. When cleaning, the riveting head is fixed on the chuck of the lathe, and then polished with sandpaper.
8. Daily maintenance of the equipment shall be carried out every two weeks. The main maintenance items are as follows.
A. Check whether there is enough lubricating oil in the pneumatic triplet oil cup, otherwise the oil cup should be filled.
B. Check whether each steam pipe and joint are firmly connected and whether there is gas leakage.
C. Check whether there is bonding in the cavity of the rivet head, and clean it up if there is.
D. Grease the spherical pair.
9. The equipment shall be shut down and repaired in batches every 6 months, mainly for the following items. If problems are found, they shall be repaired in time.
A. Check whether there is air leakage in the upper and lower parts of the cylinder, otherwise the sealing ring should be replaced.
B. Check whether each steam pipe and joint are firmly connected and whether there is gas leakage.
C. Check whether the extension length of the rivet head exceeds the standard, otherwise it should be replaced.
D. Check whether the rivet head swings normally, or stop the machine for maintenance. If it is a spherical pair problem, the spherical pair should be replaced or repaired in time.
E. Check whether the noise of spindle rotation and riveting quality are abnormal. If so, it should be checked. If the problem is bearing wear or damage, the bearing should be replaced immediately.
F. Grease the spherical pair.
G, guide rail and other parts should be coated with butter, so that the lubrication and rust prevention.
10. Special personnel should be arranged to take charge of maintenance regularly. In case of problems that cannot be solved, contact the manufacturer in time.
